Equity

The changes in equity are presented in the statement of changes in equity.

The fully paid-up share capital amounts to € 118,000,000.00 and is divided into 117,999,997 no-par value bearer shares and three registered shares. As at 30 June 2026, STRABAG SE holds 2,557,304 treasury shares.

On the basis of the authorisation granted at the 21st Annual General Meeting of STRABAG SE held on 13 June 2025, the Management Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, resolved to cancel 221,982 treasury shares acquired by the company. This resulted in share capital being set at the round figure of € 118,000,000.00.

In the first half of 2026, STRABAG SE acquired 280 STRABAG SE shares held by a subsidiary.
